"Are you still with me? Are we still doing this?" - This is a quote that library survivor Lisa Kreutz remembers one of the shooters saying on 4.20.99. She said that she heard it as Eric and Dylan initially entered the library. There has been much speculation about who said this, why they said it, or if it was even said at all. It is important to note that it is not heard at all on the Nielson 911 call even though the things they said immediately after are heard clearly. Some have speculated that it was Eric saying it to Dylan who was sort of disassociating or realizing the reality of his situation. Most people agree that Dylan was the first to enter the library and Eric immediately afterwards so I suppose it could have been Dylan as well. There is some speculation that the use of the word "we" means that there was a chance that if one of the boys did not want to continue the other would also stop. Other believe it was more directed towards the idea that they were going to die and their inevitable suicides would most likely be in the library at that point. I don't really believe this or really anything about this entry. I do not think think either Eric or Dylan said this when entering the library. 

Randy Stair - Randy Stair, better known as Andrew Blaze, was a YouTuber and fan of Eric Harris who shot and killed three people in 2017. He was an interesting guy and has developed somewhat of a following himself. He was heavily present on social media where he talked about a variety of things and played characters. He was a fan of the show "Danny Phantom" along with other animated series and stated his belief that committing the shooting would allow him to move into an animated world of his imagining. On June 8th 2017, Stair posting a video titled "The Westborough High Massacre" which detailed his anger with people and included an animated short he made of him and a character from Danny Phantom shooting up a high school. It also included a montage of previous video clips where he explains his motivations. Later that day he went to his work and killed three people. I think he was trying to emulate Eric in his own way and he mentions him often in his journal. His whole situation is very interesting and there are tons of articles and videos about it. 

"Doom, Revenge + Terrorism, Wrath, V, 4/19/1999" - This is in reference to the claim that Eric and Dylan carved these words into a table in Wayside Meadows Park in Littleton the day before the attack. Local resident Jerry Sundgard reported to police that his wife Roma had witnessed two boys carving something into a table in the park on 4.19.99 and she believed it was Eric and Dylan. It happened HERE. When she went and looked at the table she reported it said things like " 4.20 Wrath Revenge A Nazi Symbol Etc." The report can be seen HERE. Later that day Jeff Co. sent Deputy Walker out to the park with a camera and photographed the table. His report says he took a whole bunch of pictures including one that had "Doom+Revenge+Terrorism  scratched into the table" and "Wrath V 4-19-99 scratched into the table". His report can be seen HERE. It also says there were a bunch of other etchings on it including a pentagram. As far as I know these photos have never come to light. There have been rumors for years that you can go and still see where the words on the table. Pictures like THIS have been floating around of a table near the area but the bench has surely been replaced at some point, or multiple times since 1999. I am sure that others, probably edgy teenagers, have carved similar things into tables near the area. As to why Eric and Dylan did it in the first place, I think they probably were just there and decided to leave a mark because they knew they would be gone by that time the next day. Sometimes I think about how many little things Eric must have done that are probably still out there somewhere. 

Evidence Item #333 - Evidence item #333 was an 8mm tape that was labeled "Top Secret Rampart". It is one of the basement tapes. It was found inside of evidence item #200 which was an 8mm Sony camcorder from Columbine High Schools film department. When found in Eric's house the battery was out. The battery was labeled "CHS LMC" (Columbine High School Library Media Center". On the tape there are a variety of clips. It starts with  Eric holding the camera filming Dylan along with many guns and bombs on the floor. Eric shows his shotgun he named "Arlene" and his 995 Carbine with 13 clips. Eric hands the camera to Dylan who films Eric holding some of the guns. There is a cut and then Eric is back holding the guns but he is wearing black military pants and has no shirt on. Dylan mentions that Eric is turning 18 soon which places the filming of this section prior to Eric's birthday on 4.9.99. Dylan also says his parents are going to Passover on the weekend which pushes back the filming date to before 4.1.99. Dylan then turns and films one of the windows in Eric's room and refers to it as a bunker (it was in the basement). There is a cut and next wee are with Eric alone inside of his car. He has propped the camera on the dashboard and is filming himself. It appears to be evening or nighttime but there are visible raindrops so it might just be during a storm. Eric has music playing during this portion of the tape and it is difficult to understand what he is saying at some points. It is also noted that you can see a street sign that clearly says Federal. He talks about his friends from work and others and apologizes for what's going to happen and says he he is doing what he has to do. He mentions how it is a weird feeling knowing you will be dead within two weeks and mentions that they still haven't set the date. He says he is not sure if they should do it before or after prom. At the end of this section he says he wishes that he could go back to Michigan and see old friends one last time. He appears to be crying and wipes a tear from his cheek before stopping the camera. After the cut Eric is holding the camera and filming Dylan inside of Dylan's bedroom. Dylan is wearing black military pants and a black shirt with WRATH written across it. Dylan secures his shotgun into a pocket in his pants and has his TEC-DC9 slung over his shoulder. He mentions Robyn and prom and also talks about the bombs and school that day. Dylan says that he thinks he looks fat with all of his gear on. He then attempts to swing his TEC into position but it is blocked by his duster. Her says he will have to take the coat off but he doesn't want to because he likes it. One of the boys says a very high school boy thing at the end of this section, they are discussing the weather and someone says "The snow is fucking gay". We then have the last cut on the video. We are now in the living room on the first floor of Eric's house. Eric is holding the camera and says to Dylan "Say it now". Dylan says it is half an hour before the attacks and apologizes to his mom/family. He says he is going to a better place. Dylan takes the camera from Eric and Eric says "Yea...Everyone I love I'm really sorry about all this. I know my mom and dad will be just like just fucking shocked beyond belief. I'm sorry alright. I can't help it." Dylan then interjects "We did what we had to do". Eric continues and apologizes to his friends and family and tells Nate and Chris they can have the things from his room if they want them. He specifically mentions Susan, who he had his last date with the pervious weekend, and says that under different circumstances things may have turned out indifferently for him and her. There are multiple large bags visible on the living room floor. Both Eric and Dylan then say goodbye and the video ends with a brief glimpse of a CHS poster on the wall of Eric's bedroom that has a bomb drawn on it with the word CLUE written next to it. Ok that was a long description but I think it was needed because of how important this tape is. Its essentially the holy grail of anything Columbine or true crime related. The tape has never been released and Jeff Co says they have destroyed their copy. I am sure that digital copies still exist somewhere and that the CBI and FBI have copies. I think it has never been released because it humanizes Eric and Dylan too much and goes against the official government narrative that they were monsters. 

Cassie Bernal Homicidal - Cassie Bernal was one of the students killed on 4.20.99 at CHS. She is the one who often got confused with Valeen Schnurr for the whole "She Said Yes" story. Bernal had a turbulent youth and used drugs and alcohol heavily. Her parents found letters in her room where she confided her inner thoughts. Among them there were notes talking about self harming, and wanting to murder her parents and murder in general. Of particular note is an affirmation that she wrote to herself ""Kill your parents. Murder is the answer to all of your problems." Obviously her parents were distraught at this and decided to move her to Columbine High School for a fresh start. Bernal was sent to a Christian retreat about a year and a half before 4.20.99 and came back as a changed person. She said that when she was praying that she felt a physical weight lift from her shoulders. It is ironic (not meant disrespectfully) that she was heading down a similar path to Eric and Dylan and totally changed her life around only to be caught up in it anyway. It is tough to determine if she was truly homicidal or if she just had rebellious teenage angst and was writing down provocative things to act out against her parents. There is a video of her talking two days before her death HERE. I cannot find the longer version. 

Rachel Scott drawing in the White House - Rachel Scott, the first victim at Columbine, made a drawing in her last journal entry before 4.20.99. The drawing is called "13 Tears" and has become somewhat well known. People associated the number of tears with the 13 victims of the shooting. I don't really get it because I see way more tears watering the rose. There was a second drawing of a set of hands that said "These hands belong to Rachel Joy Scott and will someday touch millions of people's hearts." It can be seen HERE. The Rachel's Challenge program was started soon after in an attempt to curb bullying in schools. It was picked up by many middle and high schools across the nation. Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany took part in the challenge when she was in school and later hung both of the pictures in her office at the White House. I haven't been able to find an actual picture of them hanging up in her office. 

Judy and Eric in the Mall - This is in reference to Judy Brown, Brooks Brown's mother. Supposedly, the day after the Brown's had reported Eric to the police for threatening Brooks online, Judy saw Eric in the strip mall near CHS. She says that he angrily slapped a magazine down on the counter and the magazine was about shotguns. She said she was unaware that Eric was interested in guns and took it as a sign that Brooks may be in more danger than they initially thought. She called the investigator at the police dept. but was never able to get ahold of him. Now, she has never provided any proof of this happening and we all know the Browns penchant for fiction. That being said I think its definitely plausible that Eric was buying a gun magazine, I am not sure if I believe that he was being angry or violent when he was purchasing it. I am also unsure how Judy got so close to tell it was a magazine about a specific type of gun without Eric being alerted to her presence. After all she was the mom of his former good friend. 

The Last Bus - Whenever there is a school shooting, the parents and family members waiting to find their kids to make sure they are safe are usually taken to an assembly point. For the Columbine shooting this assembly point was Leawood Elementary School. As busses of kids arrived parents would be reunited with them and they would leave. As the day got later there were not many people left and the police kept saying that there was one last bus that had not arrived yet. Unfortunately, this was some kind of miscommunication and there were no more buses. This story is described by multiple victims parents such as the Bernalls, Mausers, and Rohrbough's. It must have been a mistake because I do not see any reason why Jeff Co would lie about something like that. There is no benefit to them and only downside. 

Columbine Donation Box Stolen - This happened back in November of 2020. The donation box at the Columbine Memorial was dug up and stolen. You can read about it HERE. I do not think this had anything to do with Eric or Dylan and was most likely just some crackheads who just wanted the money. I doubt they cared what the memorial was actually for.... no conspiracy here. 

Glock Magazine #2137 - Evidence #2137 is listed as a Black Magazine. It is then listed later on as "One 9mm Luger Caliber Single Stack Black Magazine." I am unsure what this is really referring to. 

Byron arrested a year before - Dylan's brother, Byron Klebold, was arrested on 3.28.98. The story is that he allegedly stole some things from a store and the employees realized after he left. They gave the info on his car to police and he was pulled over a few minutes later. After a roadside sobriety test and search he was charged with driving while under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. This occured only a few weeks after Eric and Dylan's run in with the law for the "van incident". Dylan's mother, Sue Klebold, said that she wonders if she maybe took her eye of the ball with Dylan while worrying about Byron. I cannot help but think that two brothers both having law issues might reflect on some sort of issues at home. Looking back on the van incident, I wonder if Dylan was the driving factor of that? I am actually almost certain he was and Eric would not have stolen anything if Dylan hadn't been there. HERE is an old newspaper article a few days after 4.20.99 talking about Dylan's brothers arrest.  

Eric uploaded his plans to the school servers - Ok so this is a really interesting one that I think is partly a mystery. On 4.19.99, the day before the attack, Eric uploaded a variety of scanned documents to the school's server. Some of these files can be seen HERE. The uploads started at 8:09a and the last one was at 8:45a. They included a variety of things including documents relating to the attack that would take place the next day such as to do lists and drawings. Along with these there was also seemingly innocuous documents like Christmas information from 1997 and 1998 and an email from his father to someone else. The first question that might be asked is why Eric did this at all, especially the documents that could have derailed his plans had anyone seen or understood them. I think that it makes some degree of sense that Eric was just trying to ensure that some of his works were available to the public, or at least a wider audience. That does not explain the odd uploads though. Why in the world would he care about Christmas information from previous years? An even bigger mystery is the email from his father. It has never been released and Jeff Co says it does not pertain to the investigation. I would have to think that it is an email from Wayne Harris to another random uninvolved person about something random. Yet, Eric took the time to print the email out, scan it, and upload it to the school server 24 hours before he knew he was going to die. Doesn't really make any sense. It would be nice to get a look at the email and see exactly what is in it. We know Eric loved foreshadowing and irony so I have to imagine there was some purpose. Even if he grabbed it accidently from his house or something, he then looked at it in school, scanned it, and uploaded it. Jeff Co says it was destroyed but I am pretty sure it exists somewhere still. Another question is if the actual scanning or uploading was done at his house or at the school. I think that it was most likely done at the school. We do know what Eric was doing at some times on the morning of 4.19.99. He attended bowling class with Dylan until 7:20a. He was then in his Video Editing class later that morning so the uploads took place between these two. My guess is he was in the Tech Lab where the video editing class was going to take place. We do have testimony from Nicholas Romanyshyn, a student who saw Eric sitting outside of the lab writing in a notebook that morning and asked him what he was doing. Romanyshyn said that Eric said he was "planning for tomorrow". So we know he was thinking about the next day during that time. The whole thing doesn't name too much sense to me. I would understand more if he had uploaded scans of his entire journal or writings or something, but not the eclectic mix of documents he actually did upload that day. 

Columbine Memorabilia - This is referring to anything that is collectible and related to the events of Columbine. I have a small collection myself and am always on the lookout for things. Perhaps the most well known piece of Columbine memorabilia is Dylan's BMW that was for sale a while back. More info on that HERE. Most of the items that would have been considered the "best" were collected as evidence and then destroyed by Jeff Co. Any Columbine yearbooks that contain Eric or Dylan's images are always highly sought after. Some people say collecting stuff from Columbine is in poor taste or inappropriate and they are probably correct. Doesn't stop me though lol. 

Lauren Townsend Dancing - I think this is in reference to a lost, well kind of lost, video of victim Lauren Townsend dancing with some guy. A very short clip of it can be seen HERE (4:42). As far as I know the full clip has never been seen or posted and nobody is even really sure where it came from. My guess is it was provided by her parents to FOX specifically for the making of the show.... maybe. 

Daniel Mauser reciting FDR inaugural address - This is referencing a video of victim Dylan Mauser reciting FDR's inauguration speech. The video can be seen HERE. This is similar to the entry above with Townsend. I don't really like looking at videos of the victims. This video of Mauser specifically makes me feel sad. 

Eric had a balaclava with him during the massacre - Initially, Eric had, or wore, a dark green balaclava during the events of 4.20.99. He dropped it early on in the attack and left it next to his duster as seen HERE. The first question is why did he even wear a mask in the first place. I suppose it could have just been part of the ensemble he had envisioned himself wearing during the attack, including the heavier winter gloves he had with him. He may have thought that it made him look more intimidating. Some people have said that maybe he was trying to hide his face because eh thought he was going to escape but it is pretty clear he knew he was going to die in the school that day. The second question is why he dumped the balaclava when and where he did. The Balaclava, duster, and gloves were all found at the top of the hill near the west entrance to the school, where the shooting initially started. There were also some witness accounts that said they saw a masked shooter outside. My best guess is that as soon as Eric fired the first few shots he realized that the duster and the balaclava were in the way or hindering him somehow and just got rid of them.  

"CLUE" - Inside of Eric's basement bedroom there was a Columbine High School 1999 poster hung on the wall. On the poster someone, probably Eric, had sharpied a drawing of a bomb along with the word "CLUE". We know that it was there because it can be seen in the final basement tape filmed just before the attack on 4.20.99. At the very end of the video the poster can be seen on a wall though it is partially obscured by one of the boys arms. A replica of what it may have looked like can be seen HERE. Eric loved foreshadowing and was also involved in lots of ameture film production. I feel like maybe he was treating the last few months of his life somewhat like that. I can only imagine all of the little clues and hints that he left behind that went unnoticed before and after 4.20.99. 

"I am suicidal. I am homicidal." - After the 'van incident" Eric was forced into the juvenile diversion program. As part of that program Eric had to fill out a mental health questionnaire where he checked that he felt homicidal and suicidal. This seems like a glaring red flag that he was being honest and maybe even reaching out for help. I am not sure I fully believe that though. Later on in his diversion paperwork the case worker mentions Eric's use of Luvox and says Eric's thoughts of suicide are often anger induced. Despite Eric selecting the options on his sheet, after speaking with him, the caseworker clearly selected NO on both the suicidal and homicidal thoughts options for Eric's paperwork. I am still unsure as to why Eric checked those boxes. I think it is clear now that he was definitely having homicidal thoughts and perhaps was even resigned to his own fate at this point. 

11pm Car Bombing - Both Eric and Dylan had timed bombs in their cars on the morning of 4.20.99. Neither of them detonated properly as Eric's had faulty wiring and Dylan's was set to a later time. Eric's was set to 11am while Dylan's was set to 11pm. I believe the idea was to have them detonate in different areas of the parking lot during the attack, presumably to disrupt the emergency response. The prevailing theory is that Dylan just set the timer on his bomb incorrectly and did not think about AM/PM. If it was Eric's that was et for a later time I wouldn't believe that it was a simple mistake, but seeing as it was Dylan's I believe it. There have been some people who have said it was purposefully set to 11pm for some unknown malevolent reason...but I can't figure out why they would do that. 

Police tried to frame Brooks Brown - Everyone knows that Brooks Brown is a liar. There is a great write up about him HERE. I think this is in reference to the fact that Brooks was seen as a suspect for a period of time. This is because of his "friendships" with Eric and Dylan and his interactions with them, including in the morning of 4.20.99. It is just so difficult to take anything Brooks or his father Randy says at face value. 

2027/2116 - I think this is referencing treh dates when information will be officially released by the government. In 2007 the majority of the Columbine depositions were sealed and transferred to the National Archives to be released in 2027. These are the depositions from a civil lawsuit against Eric and Dylan's parents so the depositions would include Wayne and Cathy Harris. Initially the judge wanted them destroyed (suspicious) but after legal threats, agreed to preserve them. The judge was Lewis T. Babcock and his rationale was that he thought the depositions of Eric's parents could lead to more copycat shootings. In an even stupider move, Jefferson County has restricted access to all litigation files until the year 2116. No reason was given for the date and Jeff Co says the majority of the evidence was destroyed in 2011. The moves by different government agencies to hide and obfuscate any information about Columbine only adds to its popularity. Conspiracy theories abound here.

Bullet in a Pee Cup - This is a reference to the bullet that was taken out of victim Anne Marie Hochhalter. She keeps the bullet in a "pee cup, because that's where I think it belongs." A picture of it can be seen HERE. The bullet itself is a 9mm that was fired from Eric's Hipoint 995. He fired the shot at approximately 11:20 am while both he and Hochhalter were outside. A good diagram can be seen HERE. I guess Hochhalter thinks it is disrespecting Eric somehow by keeping the bullet in a sample cup, but I would bet that it was just the way the hospital gave it to the investigators who then gave it to her. 

TCM sexual initiation - There has always been the idea that Eric and Dylan were day (Eric was not) or even more broadly that the Trench Coat Mafia were made up of gay members. Ben Oakley, a Columbine survivor said that the majority of TCM members were gay and would hold hands and take showers together. I think these rumors were just normal high school jocks vs others garbage where people would make up things they think others wouldn't like. Some of the testimony that led to some of these rumors and claims can be seen HERE. At the end of the day do I think there was some weird sexual initiation into the TCM? No. I think that it was a group of non traditional students who probably liked to say and do things that they thought would make other uncomfortable and some of that was probably sexual. 

Columbine student Reddit AMAs - There have been multiple reddit "ask me anythings" done by former Columbine students who experienced the events of 4.20.99. You can find them by searching on reddit. Some of them are interesting, some of them are not. Mike Kyle Thompson, who was in the library during 4.20.99 did an interesting one. I am not sure any new or novel information has come out of any of these. In my opinion that are all worth a read but you have to keep in mind that reddit is very restrictive and censors anything that goes against the official narrative. 

Unreleased Suicide Photos - There are undoubtedly many many unreleased photos that were taken of Eric and Dylan's bodies laying in the library after they had killed themselves. I think it's doubtful we will get any of them anytime soon. One of the photos that we do have can be seen HERE. They are pretty gruesome and I do not like to look at them. It just makes me think about... I don't even know what I am trying to say. 

Death Education - Death Education is a subsection of high school health classes. It was adopted as part of the curriculum by Columbine High in 1988. It usually involved talking about death and the situation surrounding it. Sometimes it included a trip to the local morgue or coroners office. The purpose behind it was twofold. 1 - to demystify death and the normal experience of it especially for family members and 2 - to impress upon students the importance of making safe decisions. Some of the stuff being taught was very morbid and many believe that this type of education led directly to more suicides among students. A video about it can be found HERE. I am unsure "death education" was still being taught in some form when Eric and Dylan were in the school system in the late 1990s. 

Byron Klebold 2011 TV appearance - I am not sure why this is at the bottom of Tier 5 because it is just a silly little thing. Dylan's older brother Byron appeared very briefly in a 2011 Food Network program about a Denver restaurant called Bang. It can be seen HERE. Doesn't seem like there is much of a conspiracy here. Byron was probably just eating at the restaurant while the film crew happened to be there.
